When booking an appointment for any of these services provided by Fresh Face Tattoo,

You accept all the following policies. See Below

Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit secures your appointment date, time and will be deducted from the final cost of your service request.

Reschedule Policy

As a business, part of our success depends on mutual respect of time. Remembering and respecting the appointment date + time is YOUR responsibility. Please give adequate notice if you need to reschedule for any reason. With adequate notice you may be able to carry over your deposit with you to rescheduled date in the event that you need to move your appointment.

Any no-shows or cancelations or last minute reschedules will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancelation and Late Policy

As a business, part of our success depends on a mutual agreement and respect of time. We require adequate notice to reschedule an appointment, 72 hour notice is required to be able to reschedule your appointment and carry your deposit over to the next schedule date. This will only be allowed twice to reschedule. With proper notice. If you want to book a third time you will need to pay full price and is nonrefundable if not cancelled within the 72 hour window. Fourth booking, you will no longer be able to book with us.

Missed appointment’s

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain the deposit of clients who fail to show up to their scheduled appointment.

I do understand that if you cannot make it to your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact your artist or technician as soon as possible. We get it, things just happen- just let us know.

Not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Could also be charged full price for the said appointment.

Service Refusal

We may refuse to preform our services on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing any service at Fresh Face Tattoo for safety reasons. This includes clients who are pregnant, under the influence, or a minor under the age of 18. The state of Washington prohibits the tattooing of minor under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent.

Valid I-D is always required for proof of age for those booking a tattoo service.

Payment

We try to make it as convenient as possible for all guests.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, Zelle and Cash.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a fee for any digital payments. Each company has their own fees they require. The fee can very depending on the amount of cost for the service provided.

You may pay Cash to avoid all fee’s subject to digital payments.

Guest Policy

We ask that our clients be respectful of our space as we need the room to navigate around to give our clients the best work possible. If you need to bring support guest, you may bring one guest support. Depending on the service provided, you may be asked to wait in the waiting room.

For safety and liability purposes, please leave small children at home. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the tattoo studio.

Special Advice

In order for our artist’s or technicians to work at their best, they need you to be at your best

The most important tips that will help with your service appointment.

  • Get a full night rest

  • Do not consume excessive amounts of alcohol the night prior (for tattoo services provided)

  • Eat good food before your appointment.

  • Bring snacks for your appointment (Tattoo Appointments)

  • Be cautious of caffeine consumption (Especially Eye Lash Line Tattooing) Limit to 1 cup 3 hours prior to your appointment.

  • We appreciate you being mindful of your artist/technician and the studio by taking phone calls after your appointment is finished.

  • The less you move the more efficiently your artist/technician will be able to do their best work on you!

  • If you are unsure of what is needed prior to your appointment. Please reach out to your artist/technician to answer any questions.
